We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any digital products, including but not limited to:

• Social media services (followers, likes, subscriptions, etc.)
• Digital gift cards and codes

All sales of digital products are final. Once a digital product has been delivered, it cannot be revoked or returned.

2. Physical Products (Accessories, Gaming Peripherals, etc.)

We accept returns and provide refunds for physical products under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• A return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all return requests.

Non-Returnable Physical Items:

• Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or negligence
• Opened or used gaming peripherals (such as headphones, keyboards, and controllers) due to hygiene and quality concerns

3. Return & Refund Process

2. Approval & Shipping: You will receive return instructions once your return request is approved. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Inspection & Refund: After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it. If approved, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Orders for digital products cannot be canceled after payment has been made.
• Orders for physical products can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.
